             History

Welcome to Hagenstrup Stud.

We are located in Denmark in Ulstrup by the only Danish river; Gudenåen in Middle Jutland.

The stud was founded in 1980 with a single pony and today we keep 10-15 ponies of highest quality.

The breeding is based on Danish animals as well as on foreign. We have imported from Sweden, UK, Scotland and finally Shetland.

We are constantly looking for suitable ponies which can contribute to the breeding.     Our stallion; Smevallens Eloge is available for breeding.

We are always represented at the Danish assessments and shows and often we visit International events. We have already won several awards.         Please get in contact if you are interested.
